The owner of a Queensland skydiving company which operated a plane that crashed, killing five people, refused to read a report into the accident because it was "rubbish".

He also said he had no idea why another of his planes had an accident prior to the fatal crash.
Paul Turner, former owner-operator of Adrenalin Skydivers, said he oversaw workplace safety when skydiving first-timer Joey King and his fiancee Rahula Hohua died in the crash, north of Brisbane, in March 2014.
Experienced pilot Andrew Aitken and instructors Glenn Norman and Juraj Glesk were also killed when the Cessna 206 crashed and burst into flames about 200 feet in the air from the Caboolture Airfield.
In giving evidence in a Brisbane coronial inquest, Mr Turner admitted he had no formal training in aircraft safety or maintenance.
He said he relied on an informal system where pilots would verbally advise him if the plane had any faults.
"You know the basics of it and if there's a problem it goes to an (aircraft) engineer and I pay a lot of money for an engineer to maintain that," he said on Wednesday.
The inquest has heard unwanted movement by the pilot seat may have caused the crash, which occurred during clear weather.
Mechanisms to prevent Mr Aitken's seat suddenly sliding backwards on its rails away from the controls were missing, according to crash investigators.
The company was allegedly warned about the dangers of not having the seat-stop mechanisms, comments Mr Turner claimed he was not privy to.
Mr Turner also denied an allegation he was offered a seat stop but refused to accept it, instead claiming Cessna couldn't supply one.
He said he did not read the Australian Transport Safety Bureau's report into the crash in full because he disagreed with its finding the plane's door had flung open.
"I thought part of it was rubbish," he said.
The inquest heard claims Mr Turner was forced out of operating at Gladstone airport because one of his light aircraft crashed in 2010.
"The engine stopped and they don't know why," he said.
Mr Turner told the court he had gone to jail for stealing before falling in love with skydiving and working his way up to becoming a chief instructor.
The inquest continues.
