Officers from Wagga Wagga and Albury Local Area Commands, and Victoria Police are investigating property and vehicle thefts in the Wagga Wagga and Albury areas as part of Operation Kingsmen.
About 11am on Tuesday, December 26, officers from Wagga Wagga Local Area Command arrested a 16-year-old boy at Wagga Wagga Police Station.
He has been charged with aggravated beak and enter and commit serious indictable offence – armed (x2), aggravated break and enter with intent – armed, be carried in conveyance taken without consent of owner, aggravated break and enter commit serious indictable offence, and a number of outstanding warrants.
He was refused bail and is due to appear at a children’s court on Wedneday, December 27.
