Jake Rushby was driving an unregistered Ford Falcon sedan along Vincent Road just after 2pm on April 17 last year when he lost control, rolling it several times before it crashed into a tree.
Rushby’s 13-year-old brother Stephen, a passenger in the car, was fatally injured in the crash and died at the scene.

In May, Rushby pleaded guilty to dangerous driving occasioning death, avoiding a painful trial for his family.
Rushby will be sentenced in Wagga District Court on October 20.
