THUMBS DOWN
A BIG Thumbs Down to a local business for pushing their opening time back to 9am. Just another incident in a long line of mismanagement of this outlet. Your practice of throwing very young and sometimes inexperienced staff in to open the store is another silly idea. A couple of weeks ago the young girl who opened the store had a permanent scowl on her face and was snapping at customers – she just didn’t want to be there! If you can’t bother to get out of bed to open up, sell the place to someone who will. You’ve lost a lot of early morning customers, especially on weekends.

THUMBS UP
THUMBS Up and thank you to the gentleman with the white X-Trail who did a wonderful job of cleaning up the rubbish from the sides of Redhill and Glenfield roads recently … much appreciated.
THUMBS UP
THUMBS Up to McDonalds. They kindly offer elderly residents free coffee and there is always newspapers to read. Nice that this business assists seniors in such a way.
THUMBS UP
THUMBS Up to Aaron who works at Kurrajong Waratah Industries (recycling) - council newsletter. He appears to enjoy his job and comes across as a loyal employee. Aaron sets a good example for more able bodied people some of whom shy away from employment.
THUMBS DOWN
THUMBS Down to liars. If you are going to gossip – at least tell the some version of the truth!
