Singers, teachers, school children, church parishioners and store attendees – they are all integral cogs in the One Voice community choir.

A call-out earlier this year attracted more than 300 singers and show time is edging near.

Choir of Hard Knocks artistic director and founder of Social Inclusion Week, Doctor Jonathon Welch AM, is guest conductor.

“The rehearsal I had a couple of weeks ago was about trying to style the pieces,” he said.

“Wagga seems to have a very thriving choral community already.”

The choir will perform on November 18 and 19 at 7.30pm at the Botanic Gardens’ Music Bowl.

Tickets are available through the Civic Theatre on 6926 9688.
