Wagga Wagga Field & Game

WELL guys, with an average week of weather, it was not looking good for the weekend shoot. The boys set up the range with some length, and according to Andrew’s new toy we walked on each round 0.8 kilometres. With that and weather, we were lucky to have 32 shooters. With the eye opener on the top side of the car park we set off with rain coats in hand and umbrella under arms. First station was a real eye opener for some then off to the next. This was a rabbit, but the trees seem to take more shooting than the rabbits. Than the tower with battle after that over the road for an interesting pair the final station was the one that really hurt most of us, five target to shoot with most of us walking off with one or two if you lucky it may have been three. Some like Robert Yeo proved that can be done by shooting all five targets. One could say the only bad thing was the downpour the came in as some of the shooter were out on the range for the last round of 25 targets.
