ART EXHIBITION: Up2Date Art Exhibition at the Up-To-Date Store, Cowabbie Street, Coolamon, opening night is Friday, August 4 from 6.30pm. $15 per head includes complimentary champagne and canapés. COMMUNITY VISITORS SCHEME (CVS): Do you have some spare time? One hour a fortnight? If you do we would love to hear from you! We are currently in need of new volunteers to visit with aging residents that reside in Nursing Homes and in private residential housing who are socially isolated. Volunteers visit once a fortnight for the purpose of social support and companionship only. FAMILY AND ADDICTION WORKSHOPS: Calvary Drug and Alcohol Centre are offering free support for people who are caring for people in addiction.
