THUMBS UP
THUMBS Up to the entire community that made Wagga Gold Cup a success. As a visitor to town for the first time, I can honestly say, Wagga’s hospitality was second-to-none. From the hotel staff to taxi drivers, race patrons and the general public, us four visitors had a delightful time. We will be back for sure. The event is a real feather in your city’s cap. Well done.

THUMBS DOWN
THUMBS Down to parents who allow their children to continue roaming the streets at night – even after complaints from your neightbours about the noise and mess. They ride their scooters at all hours, throwing rocks at cars, damaging property. What hope do they have?
THUMBS UP
THUMBS Up to the family of three, riding their bikes along Lake Albert Road recently. I am an elderly driver and my car had stopped running, for some unknown reason, and I had left my phone at home. They stopped and asked if I needed help, and allowed me to use their phone and call my son. Not only this, they stayed with me until he arrived. It’s lovely to see decent human compassion exists still. Thank you.
