Sunday saw a few ride off into the hills, being an excellent day and at the time of writing I had not managed to catch up with any of the explorers.
Les and Mary went down to Winton for the weekend to enjoy the Australian Superbikes.
Our next official ride is on Sunday, May 7 and our next branch meeting will be on May 16 at the Radio Club Rooms in Small Street, Number 7 to be exact.
Doors open at 7pm and the meeting gets under way at 7.30pm.

Enjoy the ride and ride safe.
With the damp weather looming watch out for the slippery bits, especially the autumn leaves.

Explorers Rifle Club
April 22
A GOOD turn out of members and visitors on Saturday visited the range to enjoy some autumn sunshine.
Some members chose the day with mild conditions to do some equipment testing however their plans came adrift as the wind though mild was not constant in velocity or direction and this was reflected in some of the scores.
Ben Goodwin made the most in one of his stages for a perfect score of 90.9.
Unfortunately for Ben it did not count for the competition as it was shot after his competition scores.
In any case it was a great shoot and what we would expect from a member of the NSW State team.
We wish Ben every success in the forthcoming South Australian championships and the following National Teams competition.
