The organisation’s manager of development services, Cathie Smith, said first prize in the 36th annual art union was a vehicle or vehicles worth $58,000 from Thomas Bros, while second and third prizes were $5000 and $3000 shopping sprees at Myer.
“It’s a pretty nice job to ring someone and tell them they have won a car,” Mrs Smith said.
The $5 tickets are being sold at Myer, the Marketplace, Lake Albert Road in front of the old Prime Television studios and in Bourke Street outside the Wagga showground.
They can also be bought online at kurrajongwaratah.org.au or by telephoning 6932 6010.
The draw will be at Thomas Bros at 11am.
