On Tuesday, November 22, police started to follow the 25-year-old rider after they saw him allegedly speeding on Red Hill Road. Moments later, the bike crashed into a car.
Police launched a critical incident investigation, drawing police from an independent local area command.
NSW Police would not comment on how long the investigation will take.
