The Domain Regional House Price Report, which includes median house price and price growth for eastern states, found prices in Wagga decreased by 4.9 per cent in the past quarter. At $313,750, the median price has fallen 2 per cent in the past year.
Albury had a similar quarterly result with a median price of $297,000, but only a 1 per cent decrease in the past year. Dubbo rose 2.9 per cent to $355,000.
