This is a popular time of the year for the 70 members as they dedicate the weekend to the annual spring orchid show.
There were 325 exhibited orchids, more than 300 visitors on Saturday and slightly less on Sunday.
Members gave potting demonstrations and flowers and supplies were for sale.
Suppliers had to restock numerous blooms due to popular demand.
President Andrew Easton has always admired the delicate flower and became a member of the society when he moved to Wagga eight years ago.
“I really like seeing them growing naturally in the open,” he said.
“I’m still in the process of making my orchid house.”
