Dr Romeo hangs up his stethoscope at night and picks up a guitar to fulfil a passion he has for writing and playing his own songs.
Dr Romeo studied music at school but always knew he wanted to be a doctor.
He works as a general practitioner at the Narrandera Medical Centre.
He plays multiple instruments, including guitar, clarinet and keyboards, and his existing interest in composing music deepened after attending a songwriting conference five years ago that changed the way he viewed music.
His Christian faith plays a big part in his life and music and Dr Romeo is preparing to release his third CD.
Two songs from the upcoming CD have already won songwriting awards in America and vocals are sung by Judd Field, a backing singer for the Madden Brothers.
The launch will happen on May 28 from 7pm at the CRC Plaza Theatre in Narrandera for a gold coin entry fee.
A live band will play songs from the CD on the night.
