WHAT do you think Wagga will be like in 2030?
Residents who have a vision for the city or are interested in its future should attend one of the Community Centre Sessions organised for next week.
WhichWayWagga Vision 2030 aims to find out from residents what kind of Wagga they want 20 years from now.
The findings will become the strategic planning document for council to map out works and services and will also provide a framework for other stakeholders to understand Wagga's vision for the future, enabling them to plan for the community.
Sessions will be held at the Glenfield Community Centre next Tuesday, the Ashmont Community Resource Centre the following day and the Tolland Community Centre on Thursday, February 4.
They are an ongoing part of an community consultation, with the information gathered analysed for a draft document to be prepared.
The document will be presented for public comment in March.
Wagga council is encouraging all sectors - including government agencies, businesses and community members - to work together to realise the city's vision.
