Mt Austin High hails its heroes

19 May, 2010 03:27 PM
WHAT happens to superheroes when they become too old to save the world?

They become yesterday’s heroes, according to Mount Austin High School’s musical of the same name.

“The show was about superheroes who get old and go into retirement homes,” said year 12 student Dwayne Sibraa, who plays Dr Wicked.

More than 80 students were involved in the production of Yesterday’s Heroes, which featured three evening perfomances as well as two matinees for school-aged children.
