PLAYING Pictionary is plenty of fun, but it can also be frustrating.
Both facets of the game will be seen when three Wagga mothers host Drawtism For Autism on Friday, June 4.
“This event involves playing a game of Pictionary which symbolises the difficulties a person with autism spectrum disorder has with daily communication,” said Jenny Nechvatal, who has autistic twin sons.
“The frustration you feel when playing Pictionary and trying to get your meaning across is continuous for a person with autism – not just a game.”
Drawtism For Autism starts at 7pm at the Wagga RSL Club, with a donation to play helping support services that are provided to people with autism.
