Experts help to deal with difficulties

DO you have a difficult child in your house?

Kids with significant behavioural problems - such as ADHD, Asperger syndrome, oppositional-defiance disorder or a mental illness - will be the focus of various workshops which will be held in Wagga next week. Parents and grandparents,the general public, teachers, health care professionals and social workers can benefit from the workshops from next Monday through to May 7.

The costs range from $5 for public seminars to $60 a couple for parenting workshops. The facilitators, Reverend Dr Peter Powell, a specialist psychologist from Sydney, and Brenda Inglis-Powell have substantial knowledge and experience in this fields of personal, academic, and professional consultation.

They are being brought to Wagga at the joint invitation of the Wagga Uniting Church and Kurrajong Waratah.
