Delight for Twilight fans

23 Jun, 2010 02:26 PM
TWILIGHT fans might be once bitten but they will certainly not be twice shy at a special charity screening of the eagerly-awaited Eclipse.

The Cancer Council NSW event at the Forum 6 Cinema on Thursday, July 1, will feature a fan zone where “vampire bites” will be among the treats for those getting into the spirit of the movie.

“We will have someone applying ‘vampire bites’ and werewolf tattoos, while we will also have photo opportunities with ‘Edward’ and ‘Jacob’ – life-size cutouts of the characters who we will be raffling or auctioning off,” Cancer Council’s community relations

co-ordinator Prue Densley said.

Tickets cost $25 and include a goodies bag, lucky door prize and giveaways.

“The goodies bag will have all sorts of Twilight fun, facts and freebies,” Prue said.

Eclipse is the third instalment of the Twilight saga and comes out nationally on July 1.

Tickets are available from the Cancer Council on 6937 2600.

Get into the Twilight spirit by attending the Cancer Council’s charity screening of Eclipse on July 1 and you could end up with 'vampire bites' similar to these.
