DOWN to the scum bag who broke into my car in Jeeba Place, Glenfield. Get a job and go and buy stuff yourself. I can’t believe how low people go these days. All you got was a few CDs and the detachable face of my UHF, which means it is no good to you and no good to me now. (Contributed)
DOWN to the Wagga City Council, once again you are going to grade Dunns Road. It’s good until you get a little rain then it is full of pot holes. I am a rate payer and use Dunns Road twice a day for work. You have to travel that slow and my van still nearly bounces off the road. Instead of closing the road every six months to grade it, just hurry up and tar it. But after saying that, I have had to use Red Hill Road a few times and I must say that it’s great. (Contributed)
DOWN to an automotive-related company who uses foul language in front of not only the female members of their staff but customers and young children. I would have complained to the manager
but he was one of the main culprits. Fellows, all this shows is what sort of upbringing you had. Remember the RTA pinkies add on TV. This type of behaviour only lowers decent people’s esteem of you. I, like others, have taken my business else where. (Contributed)
DOWN – I thought garage sales were a fun way to get rid of unwanted items, have a chat to the locals and make a few dollars. However, on Saturday, March 15, I placed one of my signs out, and in doing so, noticed an angry looking man storming down the street towards me. He was having a garage sale about six to eight houses away from the pole I had chosen to hang my sign. I was more than a little startled and stood behind my car door, ready to make a safe retreat if necessary. He checked my address, mumbled something and then left in his vehicle. As I arrived back at my home he was leaving, having checked out my goodies. I was somewhat suspicious so I followed him, only to find him taking my sign down and bursting my balloons. Goodness me … what is becoming of our friendly city with people like this. (Contributed)
DOWN to a high profile sportsman who was caught attempting to steal a market garden umbrella from a charity game recently. Get out of our game, you are an embarrassment. (Contributed)
DOWN to a primary school for not putting the Kindergarten children’s photos in the paper. My daughter was very disappointed not to find her class in the paper. If certain people did not want their children in the paper, they
could have been excluded. Also, DOWN to the same school for not having an
Easter bonnet parade. This
has been a treat for the kids for as long as I’ve known. Why stop now? You have disappointed a lot of kids and parents. (Contributed)
